Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said the Queensland border will begin a phased reopening to fully vaccinated people in one month as outlined in a new roadmap being announced today.

Ms Palaszczuk said modelling showed 80 per cent of Queenslanders could be fully vaccinated by December 17.
