Coronavirus Cases Surge In Arizona, California, Georgia And Texas | NBC Nightly News

Arizona saw a staggering 4,900 new cases in 24 hours and an increase in hospitalizations. California is reinstating restrictions, including closing down indoor dining. At least 18 states are rolling back some reopening measures and 14 recorded new highs in COVID-19 cases this week.
